6. Payments and Stripe

Approved online payments may be processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered into Stripe-controlled payment fields or checkout pages and are not stored in full by ALTIVEX. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms. We receive transaction status and limited payment details needed for fulfilment, accounting, refunds and dispute management.

7. When we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose only what is reasonably necessary to:

• hosting, email, cloud storage, security, analytics, professional and payment service providers working for us;
• independent contractors involved in an engagement, subject to appropriate confidentiality duties;
• advertising or technology platforms when a client asks us to manage those platforms on the client’s behalf;
• advisers, insurers, auditors or a buyer in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction; or

Retention periods depend on the nature of the relationship, contractual needs, dispute periods and legal recordkeeping duties. We then delete, anonymise or securely isolate information, unless continued retention is required by law.

No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for protecting any credentials or access details assigned to you.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about disclosures, or to object to certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from optional marketing emails using the link in the message.

This website and our business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
